3(C), Nuisance Abatement, is the noise-specific half of Acworth's supplemental regulations for cryptocurrency mining operations, server farms, and data centers. Item (1) sets the general standard: no adverse or detrimental effect on adjoining properties, owners, or residents that diminishes their quality of life or increases the cost of running their business or maintaining their home.
