Sec. 12-2-415 requires a limited-use data center or server farm in the BP or EC-LI district to sit at least 500 feet from residential-zoned or residential-use property, submit a truck routing plan, and buffer any outdoor storage or truck loading area with a bufferyard. Every other zoning district in the city prohibits the use outright.
