(b) The main entrance shall be differentiated from the building facade by a change in material, pattern, texture or color and the entrance shall project or recess from the adjoining building plane by at least five feet. (3) Lighting. All exterior lighting shall meet the standards of LCC § 17.142.020(3)(e), lighting.
