PMC 17.67.010 requires industrial operations to be conducted inside an enclosed structure.
Operating a data center outside a zone that allows the use, or without a required use permit, is a Title 17 zoning violation enforced by Palmdale Code Enforcement through stop-work orders, citations, and abatement.
