Pulaski County, AR Environmental Rules: Stormwater Management (2026)

Pulaski County Code 14-55 formally adopts the county's Stormwater Management Policy, developed under Ordinance No. 07-OR-71, as the official policy governing stormwater management countywide. The policy itself, covering drainage design, runoff controls and related development standards, is not printed in the code; it's attached to the ordinance and kept on file at the Pulaski County Clerk's office for public inspection weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Because the section sets no separate penalty, violations of the adopted policy fall under the code's general penalty clause: a fine up to $500, or $250 per day for continuing violations.
