Clark County Title 30 Β§30.64.020 limits single-family residential fences and walls to 6 feet maximum, except within 15 feet of the front property line or private street/easement where lower limits per Table 30.64-1 apply. An additional 1 foot of decorative embellishment is permitted on each wall. Gated and access-controlled communities may have perimeter walls up to 8 feet. Administrative deviation to 8 feet in side and rear yards is possible through Zoning Administrator approval under Β§30.64.050. Fences and walls over 3 feet are not permitted within required zoning setbacks along a street unless buffering adjacent uses as approved by the Commission/Board.
