Every filming license issued under Chapter 348 carries a base fee set on the table in Section 348-8: $0 for student productions, $250 to $500 for public-service or not-for-profit teaching work depending on whether the property is private or public, and $2,500 for agency advertising or feature film, television and video productions on either private or public property.
