The following persons are exempt from the application fee requirement in §2.4.300: bona fide students, nonprofit corporations, and persons engaging in public service filming. Notwithstanding this Section, all persons exempt from the application fee are required to obtain a permit and to pay any and all other required fees, rates or charges.
