Section 5.20.002 does not carry its own separate fine. Because no more specific penalty is written into Chapter 5's fireworks article, a violation defaults to the City Code's general penalty in Section 10.04.001: a fine of up to $500.00, imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or both, with each day a violation continues charged as a separate offense. Stand licensees who violate the licensing conditions in Section 5.20.001 also risk denial or revocation of their fireworks stand license.
