Section 8.36.120 makes any Fire Code violation unlawful and punishable under the Moreno Valley Municipal Code, the city fee schedule and Health and Safety Code Sections 17995 through 17995.5, and confiscated devices used in a park are disposed of according to law under Section 11.40.040(E)(4).
