(a)It shall be unlawful to burn refuse as described in Section 7.05.130, within the County except in those places where such burning has been licensed or permitted.(b)Burning of refuse as described in Section 7.05.130, within the boundaries of any Federal, State or local fire control agency shall be subject to compliance with the laws, ordinances, rules or regulations in force within the jurisdiction of such fire control agency.
