Yard waste fires (6x6 ft to 12x12 ft) require a Yard Waste permit β must be 100 feet from property lines and 300 feet from structures (allow 5β7 days for permit). Bonfires require a permit, must be 50 feet from structures and 100 feet from property lines, and must be fully extinguished by 10:30 PM. Burning of garbage (plastics, tires, furniture, etc.) is prohibited year-round. No burning of debris from other properties.
