Violations & Fines
Setting up in a prohibited zone, inside a setback, or within 25 feet of a hydrant, transit stop, loading zone, or accessible parking/ramp, is enforceable by the Alachua County Code Enforcement Board under Chapter 24. The general Alachua County Code § 10.08 penalty applies: up to $500.00, up to 60 days in jail, or both, with each day of continued operation in the prohibited location a separate offense.
