Approved operating sites are the 77 Flea Market, a designated food truck park, or a commercial lot as an accessory use with a notarized owner agreement, restroom access within 500 feet, and a dumpster.
Police, traffic, planning and community development, and the public health director may issue citations and have the merchandise immediately removed from the restricted site or lawfully impounded.
