Under Chino Municipal Code Section 5.28.060(C)-(D), no stationary sidewalk vendor may set up in any residential zone listed in Chapter 20.04, though roaming vendors who keep moving are not barred from those zones. To protect neighborhood peace, no sidewalk vendor of any kind, stationary or roaming, may operate in a residential zone earlier than 8:00 a.m. or later than 30 minutes before sunset. Outside residential zones the chapter's other locational limits still apply, including no-vending buffers near fire hydrants, driveways, loading zones and farmers' markets.
