Full Breakdown
A mobile vehicle operation is any truck, trailer or vehicle traveling place to place selling food, beverages or products. Section 5.60.080 bars huckstering or peddling within 125 feet of any street intersection. Section 5.60.130 bars transactions within 125 feet of public or private school property from 30 minutes before the school day until 30 minutes after adjournment. Section 5.60.060 permits parking with the right wheels to the curb but no more than five minutes in one location. Sales occur on the vehicle's right side under 5.60.120, and the vehicle stays stationary under 5.60.110. Section 5.60.090 makes dispensing in any public park or public parking lot unlawful without express Governing Body permission. Lawful hours run 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
