Chapter 13, Article II of the City's Code of Ordinances defines a "garage sale" broadly under Sec. 13-52 to include patio sales, driveway sales and yard sales of personal property acquired and used by a family or household for personal, non-commercial purposes, and it can involve goods from more than one household.
