201(D) sets the core frequency limit: not more than two yard sales may be conducted in any calendar year for each property, and that limit applies whether the property holds one dwelling or several. Subsection (E) adds a separate allowance on top of that: each property may also participate in a maximum of one community yard sale per calendar year, defined as a sale run by multiple households in a common area or on a multi-unit property that would draw substantially more traffic than a typical single-family sale.

Subsection (F) caps duration: no yard sale or community yard sale may be conducted for more than two consecutive calendar days. Every sale needs its own permit from the Director of Community Development under subsection (B), applied for before the sale, with the permit posted in clear view from the street during each day and hour of operation. Subsection (C) further limits who can hold a sale and what can be sold: the property must carry a single-family or multifamily dwelling, the sale must be run by a resident, and no new merchandise or goods acquired specifically for resale may be sold.
