B. A permit for a neighborhood sale will allow unlimited numerical participation of the residences within such tract. Such sales shall not be conducted for longer than three consecutive days. The permit fee for such sale of three consecutive days or less shall be $75. Prior to the granting or issuance of such a neighborhood-wide sale permit, the neighborhood association or not-for-profit corporation shall notify, consult with and receive the approval of the Departments of Police and Fire as to any requirements concerning public safety.
