Continuous garage sales are not allowed. Garage sales are limited to twice in any calendar year.

TMC § 6B.160.020 limits garage, yard, and patio sales at a dwelling to twice per calendar year. A sale lasting more than three consecutive days, or a third sale within the same year by the same household, is defined as a 'continuous garage sale' and is flatly prohibited. Only residents of the dwelling may sell, and no items owned or controlled by someone regularly in the business of selling them may be offered.
