Section 190-118's list of home office standards ends with two provisions aimed squarely at the traffic a home business generates. Subsection B(1)(h) requires that no delivery of goods or supplies be permitted except by means and with a frequency typical of a strictly residential use, meaning a home office cannot receive the kind of regular commercial freight or courier traffic a retail storefront would. Subsection B(1)(i) then addresses people rather than packages: infrequent or sporadic customers, clients or other business invitees shall be permitted to visit the premises, language that allows occasional visits but stops short of permitting a business that depends on a steady stream of walk-in or scheduled clients.

Both provisions sit alongside the section's other traffic-adjacent limits, including the bar on outdoor activity, staging of workers or equipment, and external display of goods in Subsection B(1)(c), and the noise limit in Subsection B(1)(f), which requires that no noise from the home office be audible beyond the dwelling unit. Together they are meant to keep a home business from generating the parking, deliveries or foot traffic that would visibly change a residential street's character, consistent with the section's stated purpose of preserving the peace and tranquility of the township's residential zoning districts.
