This matters because Sec. 54-307(1) already limits home occupations to employing only members of the immediate family occupying the dwelling and Sec. 54-307(10) bars any occupation that would congest village streets, both of which cut against a day care model built around multiple children being dropped off and picked up by non-resident families. Because Sec. 54-309 is a categorical prohibition rather than a limitation a provider could satisfy with fewer children or shorter hours, there is no floor-area exception or administrative adjustment under the home occupation article that authorizes operating a day care from a Bolingbrook residence; a childcare business must locate in a use classification and district where day care is a permitted or special use.
