A. No person shall camp or lodge in a tent or on the ground in any park and recreation facility, including the parking lot area of any such facility. B. Except during daylight, or except for security purposes and with the written permission of the director, no person shall stay, remain or sleep in a motor home or other motor vehicle or otherwise, in any park and recreation facility, including the parking lot area of such facility.
