The City operates a year-round yard-waste drop-off site at that address for City of Wyoming residents only; proof of residency (valid photo ID or utility/tax bill) is required, and the site does not accept material from landscapers or commercial contractors. The site maintains two sorted piles: (1) leaves and grass (leaves, plants, flowers, grass clippings) and (2) brush (sticks, branches under 8 feet, bushes, stumps under 3 feet in diameter). Unbagged Christmas trees free of ornaments are accepted. Prohibited items at the drop-off include plastic bags, sod, dirt, treated wood, shingles, concrete, glass, scrap metal, paint, and chemicals.
