68 (Visibility Obstructions) puts the trimming duty on the property owner, not the city, for trees that overhang the public right-of-way. 030(B) requires every owner or occupant to prune trees, limbs, branches and foliage to a minimum eight-foot clearance above the sidewalk in the strip between the property line and the curb; subsection A raises that to ten feet of clearance at the curb line inside a corner-lot's sight triangle, the area formed by the intersecting property lines and a line connecting points twenty feet back from the corner.
