11.06.020 - Declaration of nuisances. In order to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the county, the board of county commissioners or its designee may order the owner of real property within the county to:
(a)Repair, safeguard or eliminate any dangerous structure or condition;(b)Clear debris, rubbish and refuse which is not subject to the provisions of NRS Chapter 459, Hazardous Materials; or(c)Clear weeds and noxious plant growth. (Ord. 2720 § 2 (part), 2002; Ord. 2089 § 1 (part), 1998)
