Hazardous weed/vegetation accumulations may be ordered abated under Chapter 9.05; if unaddressed, the County abates and bills the owner. Non-compliance with PRC 4291 defensible space (including the 100-foot clearance and four-inch grass standard) can result in CAL FIRE enforcement and penalties.
