Section 53.16 makes it unlawful for anyone to walk, park, or drive a motor vehicle, motorcycle, motorbike, or moped in a designated bicycle/micromobility path, lane, or parking area, other than to cross it by the most direct route available; a moped may occupy the lane or path only when it isn't in immediate use by a bicycle or micromobility device. Riders themselves must stay with the flow of traffic inside the lane or path under § 53.13, unless signs mark it for two-way bicycle travel, and § 53.17 requires other vehicles to yield the right-of-way to bicycles and micromobility devices lawfully using a designated lane.
