Police, Code Enforcement, and Community Service Officers of the Meridian Police Department issue $15 tickets per violation under § 7-2-10. Separately, § 7-1-4 requires e-scooter riders to use bike lanes where available on streets posted 25-45 mph, and to ride in the street's bike lane on streets posted 25 mph or less, when one exists.
