1205(a) lists five ways oversized vehicle parking is deemed unlawful on Pacifica's public streets, and the third targets bicycle lane obstruction directly: it is unlawful to park or leave standing any oversized vehicle on a public street where the parking encroaches upon an identified bicycle lane with defined boundaries. 1204(b). 1204(a) to include any vehicle or combination twenty-two feet or more in length, seven feet or more in width, or eight feet or more in height, expressly covering RVs, mobile homes, campers, moving vans, and dump trucks.

The same article separately bars oversized vehicle parking that restricts a travel lane to less than ten feet wide or that encroaches on a public bus route, showing the City treats bicycle lane, travel lane, and bus route encroachment as related but distinct violations within the same subsection. Loading and unloading vehicles get a limited eight-hour exemption, and construction vehicles with a valid City encroachment permit are exempt outright, but neither exemption overrides the bicycle lane restriction where it has been posted.
