Sec. 02(1)(B) further confines motor vehicle operation in parks to a highway, public way or thoroughfare (with narrow snowmobile exceptions at three named parks), and Sec. 02(1)(H) separately bans remote-controlled vehicles inside park boundaries, showing the county treats e-bikes as their own category distinct from RC toys and standard cars.

"Park" is defined in Sec. 01 as any recreational or public area under Rock County's supervision and control, and "Manager" means the Parks Manager, the official who administers park operations under this chapter. Enforcement runs through Sec. 02(27): the Manager or designees, the Rock County Sheriff's Office and Wisconsin DNR Wardens all have authority to cite violations, and Sec. 02(26) sets forfeitures by reference to County Resolution 08-8A-054, with each day a violation continues charged as a separate offense.
