(b)Moratorium. The following is in effect indefinitely until otherwise changed by ordinance:(i)It is unlawful to provide or offer for use a Dockless Small Vehicle anywhere within the City.(ii)It is unlawful to park, leave standing, leave lying, abandon, or otherwise place a Dockless Small Vehicle in a public right-of-way or on public property anywhere within the City.(iii)It is unlawful to operate a Dockless Small Vehicle in a public right-of-way or on public property anywhere within the City.(c)Violations; Impoundment.(i)A violation of subsection (b) is punishable by a fine not to exceed Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each offense.(ii)Dockless Small Vehicles operated in violation of this section shall be considered a traffic and pedestrian hazard and shall immediately be removed from right-of-way and impounded. A Dockless Small Vehicle shall be impounded by the City, its designee, or its contractors, with an initial impoundment fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and a daily storage fee after the first twenty-four (24) hours of storage of Five Dollars ($5.00) per twenty-four (24) hours of storage or part thereof.
