This section shall apply to all motorized vehicles or motorcycles, whether or not duly licensed and registered.(17)Repair of motorized vehicles: operating or causing to be operated any motorized vehicle under repair between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. on weekdays, weekends and holidays within the residential areas or noise-sensitive zone.
