Full Breakdown

Section 5.04.390's Beer Garden Permit conditions include a specific noise curfew: outdoor music at a licensed beer garden must stop by nine p.m. Sunday through Thursday and by ten-thirty p.m. Friday and Saturday, on top of a blanket rule that no music may disturb the neighborhood at any hour. The licensee, not just the DJ or band, is responsible for keeping the noise in check, and the County Liquor Commission can suspend or revoke the permit if a beer garden becomes a neighborhood nuisance.

Violations & Fines

Playing outdoor music past curfew, or loud enough to disturb neighbors at any hour, violates the Beer Garden Permit conditions and can trigger suspension or revocation by the Liquor Commission.
