The owner, operator or proprietor must limit the noise level coming from the premises, and separately has a duty to disperse any crowd loitering, drinking alcohol or engaging in lewd or disorderly conduct near the business, or to immediately notify the Schenectady Police Department of that conduct.

A violation of § 182-4O is punished under the chapter's general penalty at § 182-6A: up to $250 for a first offense, $250 to $400 for a second offense within 12 months, and $400 to $500 or up to 30 days in jail for any further offense in that period.
