Noise Pollution. Noise so uncontrolled, loud, raucous, and/or obscene as to be offensive to other park visitors is prohibited. Sound amplification is prohibited except for official use or pursuant to a permit. The making, continuing, or causing to be made or continued any loud or unusual noise, or any noise which annoys, disturbs, or endangers the comfort, health peace, or safety of any person. The prohibition includes sound trucks on park premises. Examples of loud, disturbing, and unnecessary noise in violation of this ordinance include: the using, operating, and permitting to be played, used or operated, of any radio receiving set, television, musical instrument, phonograph, loudspeaker, sound amplifier, or other machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound, in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet and comfort of neighboring inhabitants.
