SCC 10.01.040(1)(g) covers music from an instrument, sound amplifier or other device 'heard as comprehensible music rhythms or felt' either within a residence not originating the noise, or outdoors in a commercial, rural or residential district at 75 feet or more from the source. It expressly includes band sessions, automobile sound systems, and electronic sound-reproduction equipment whether stationary, portable, or in a vehicle. At night in rural or residential districts, SCC 10.01.040(2)(f) adds loud and raucous amplified sound from bands, car sound systems or social gatherings.
