Section 6305-1 of the County Parks Ordinance requires anyone setting up or maintaining an exhibition, show, performance, concert, lecture, oration, place of amusement or concert hall in a County Park to first get a permit from the Parks Director. The Director can condition approval on special patrols by County Park staff, the Sheriff's Department, or both, and any amplified sound used still must meet the separate 100-foot audibility rule for park equipment.
