Unincorporated Clark County does NOT require dog licenses (unlike incorporated cities). Default limit is 3 dogs per household without a fancier/foster permit. All dogs and cats over 4 months must be spayed/neutered. Master-planned communities with HOAs may have additional pet noise restrictions.
