The rule is limited to a 'residential real property boundary,' so noise crossing onto commercial or industrial property next door is not covered by this subsection, though it could still fall under the general prohibition in § 144-2. A resident bothered by a neighbor's animal can file a complaint with Town code enforcement or Nassau County police, who can issue a summons under Chapter 144 without needing a separate finding from the Town's Department of Animal Control.
