Section 8.16.080 of the Napa County Code (Specific Types of Noise Prohibited) lists construction noise among the enumerated prohibitions. The operating window for construction or demolition tools and equipment is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and operation outside that window is prohibited whenever the sound creates a noise disturbance audible across a residential or commercial real property line.
