Enforcement follows Section 62-105: the Dothan Police Department may issue a citation for a first offense carrying a fine up to $200.00, while a subsequent or repeated violation subjects the person to arrest and a fine up to $500.00 and/or up to six months in the municipal jail, with each night's disturbance counted as a separate offense.
