Exception: Any motor vehicle, trailer, hauling trailer, recreational vehicle/equipment, commercial vehicle/equipment, temporary storage container, rail car, semi-trailer or similar containers (as determined by the Building Official) determined to be on real property in violations of City Code Chapters 4 and 14.
