Under Milwaukee Code, all vehicles parked outdoors on residential property must be currently licensed. Parking on grass or dirt is prohibited — only cement, asphalt, macadam, or pre-1973 gravel driveways qualify. Nuisance vehicles trigger a 1–3 day emergency order.
