That county-wide accessory-use rule is echoed district by district: Section 121-146(j)(2) separately bars any vehicle over one ton capacity from being parked or stored in the R1 district, and the same one-ton cutoff appears again for the R2 high-density district under Section 121-147(j)(2) and for the A2 rural estate district under Section 121-100(j).

The one-ton threshold is measured by the vehicle's rated capacity, not its physical length or the size of the driveway, so a full-size pickup with an aftermarket towing package can still fall under the ban if its rated capacity crosses one ton. The rule targets larger commercial trucks, box trucks, and heavy work vehicles rather than ordinary passenger cars and light pickups, and it applies regardless of whether the truck belongs to a resident of the property or is simply parked there overnight by a visitor or contractor.
