Section 121-281(b)(6) sets a default ban on storing mobile-type manufactured homes, travel trailers, or camping trailers on any lot other than a lawfully established manufactured home park, tourist park, or trailer sales or manufacturing establishment, then carves out a single narrow exception: one travel trailer or camping trailer may be stored or parked in the rear yard of a lot that already contains a dwelling. That means a resident cannot keep two RVs in the yard, cannot store one in a front or side yard under this section, and cannot store a mobile-type manufactured home at all outside a licensed park.

Section 121-281(b)(7) adds that manufactured homes, semitrailers, or trailers cannot be used for storage purposes in any district, except that semitrailers may be used for temporary storage in the commercial and industrial districts. On lots in the A2 rural estate district specifically, Section 121-100(b)(2)h separately permits temporary storage of boats, campers, motor homes, and other recreational vehicles as an accessory use, provided they are kept to the rear or side of the principal structure and no closer than ten feet from the property line, giving A2 property owners a somewhat broader allowance than the single-trailer rule that governs the rest of the county's residential lots.
