Cobb County's residential zoning code (Chapter 134) permits only one business vehicle used exclusively by the resident to be parked on residential premises β in a carport, garage, or rear/side yard. No materials, equipment, or additional business vehicles may be stored or parked on the premises. Off-site employees may not congregate on the premises. Employee parking is not permitted without Board of Commissioners approval per Β§134-36. Outside storage is declared a public nuisance and generally prohibited in residential zones.
