LDC Section 34-1181(a) bars parking or storing tractor-trailers and semi-trailer trucks, trucks with two or more rear axles, trucks with a manufacturer's GVWR over 15,000 pounds, and truck-and-trailer combinations over that weight on land zoned AG, RS, RSA, RSC, TFC, TF, RM, MH, RV, PUD, RPD, RVPD, MHPD or the residential portion of an MPD. Exceptions cover daytime deliveries or service calls, trucks stored in a completely enclosed building for an approved home occupation, one truck an AG-district resident drives home from work, and one on-call utility truck per resident employee. Code of Ordinances Section 28-189 adds a ban on public rights-of-way.

Code Enforcement places a written removal notice first, then issues a citation assessing a fine under F.S. Ch. 162, Pt. II. You get 30 days to pay or contest; a repeat violation can be towed at your expense.
