SAMC Sec. 41-607(h) prohibits in RE, R1, R2, R3, and R4 residential districts: display or storage of materials/supplies, stock in trade, professional equipment, business apparatus, or trucks on the premises. A 'truck' is defined as a commercial vehicle per CVC Sec. 260 exceeding 10,000 lbs gross vehicle weight rating. Exceptions include: vehicles making deliveries (not for home occupations), vehicles delivering construction materials for bona fide repair/remodeling, and vehicles screened by a fence or wall from visibility at ground level from the public right-of-way. Front yard parking is limited to driveways providing direct access to a garage per Sec. 41-607(e). No employees may be dispatched from or services rendered at residential premises.
