LDC § 6.05.02.Q.2 prohibits parking commercial vehicles in any residential district. Loading and unloading is still allowed. The only exception applies to residentially developed parcels in the AM, A, AR, AS-0.4, AS-1 and ASC-1 agricultural-related zoning districts, where one commercial vehicle per deeded lot is permitted if the lot is at least one acre and the vehicle is operated exclusively by a resident of that lot. Minimum lot size aside, these conditions can't be varied, though the rule doesn't reach commercial vehicles used for permitted non-residential work on agriculturally zoned land.
